Pete's taken roast chicken and all the classic chicken and vege soup ingredients and added his own special twist; celery, carrot, potato, onion, parsnip, corn, haricot beans, parsley and leek. It's 97% fat free, low in carbs, low GI and low sodium (salt), but high in protein and flavour. It's also gluten friendly.
Chicken is a lean source of protein fill of vitamin B6 which provides your body with energy and helps increase your metabolic rate.
